I dropped in late to this party. Great discussions, but ANY thoughts about finding a way to make AR a quarterback, let alone a starting or franchise quarterback, are ludicrous. It was particularly interesting to see mention of trading him to Raiders. In our NFL Draft Scout ratings of AR's draft I made it clear that he just IS NOT a quarterback. I like Ballard and I am hoping he is under somebody's orders (ahem) to make AR a QB. By far the most optimistic mention in our pre-draft profiled was this. FRANKLY: Somebody might turn this athlete into a quarterback, but I'm not a believer. Seems to lack the instinct or intuition that builds confidence in teammates. There are at least four quarterback prospects I would take this year before rolling the dice on Richardson. But somebody will roll the dice and it will be interesting to see what happens. I compared his incredible athleticism that of one-time Raider QB Terrell Pryor (look it up, really). Bringing in "competition" will only exacerbate the problem. Think of AR as the polar opposite of Brock Purdy. Here was that pre-draft profile;: https://nfldraftnews.com/cfb/bio/303e9a627acd4000b66c53109ec1691b.

This is a fun event, congrats.
